You people will be surpriesed to know that the movie “Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge” is something similar to Shahrukh Khan and Gauri Love story…!! Strange but true..!! He claims those scenes were very much close to his own life story. It may be his own experience which made him to look so naturally in the movie..!!

Now come to the real love story, Shahrukh Khan fell in love with his next door girl Gauri in 1984, from then the legendry Love story begins..!! As you all know its not going to be so easy to marry a girl of our choice in India, so was in the love story. It was not just love marriage it was a inter-religion marriage..!! just imagine the seriousness of this great love story during times of 1980’s, even today we see many problems in love marriages though in same caste or same religion, then what about Hindu-Muslim marriage..? that too in 1980’s..!!! Aamir fell in love with the girl next door Reena Dutta and proposed her when he turned 21 and She accepted his love. #  Bollywood young heartthrob Hrithik Roshan atlast married his childhood sweetheart Suzanne Khan, daughter of Sanjay Khan on 20 Dec 2000. The wedding ceremony taken place at heavily guarded Golden Palms Resort and Spa, arround 22 kms away on the Bangalore-Pune highway. The bride’s father Sanjay Khan owns the above said resort hence it was easy for them to keep the wedding ceremony a mystery till last minute..!!

#   According to the Muslim traditions Sanjay Khan arranged a horse for his son-in-law. Hrithik Roshan followed by his baraat, rode
the horse around the resort for a while.

#  On the wedding day Hrithik was dressed in white jodhpuri and sehra. Suzane the bride was wearing maroon lehenga-choli & a gold Tarun Tahiliani dupatta .

#  The marriage ceremony was done according to Hindu and Muslim rituals. The marriage was a unique blend of two religions. Sanjay Khan the bride’s father said that the marriage ceremonies observing both Hindu and Muslim rites were a reflection of the amity between the two communities. “Does love have any religion,” he asked.
