#  It was during the shooting of tamil movie “Amarkkalam” in 1999 that Shalini and Ajith Kumar fell in love. Even during the film shooting there was a great rumour in the industry that they may get marry soon. They filled tabloid gossip columns for months. After few days of stirr both Shalini and Ajith Kumar acknowledged their love for each other. Later their love went beyond “Amarkkalam” and become their real life story…!! Which is rearly a rare thing in filmy life..!!

# Silambarasan’s father Vijaya T. Rajendar was a film director and produced many films. His mother Usha Rajendar was an actress. He has a brother and a sister.
