* Deepti Bhatnagar was born on 30th Sep 1967 in Meerut to a Hindu Kayastha family.
* She graduated from Meerut University.
* Before entering Bollywood she was very much involved in her handicrafts factory in Meerut.
* She took part in ‘Eves Weekly contest – 1990′ and won first place.
* Bhatnagar moved to Mumbai in 1992 and started her career as a model, her first assignment was “Roopmilan saris”.
* After much success in modeling she entered films and her acting debut was with Ram Shastra in 1995 alongside Jackie Shroff and Manisha Koirala.
* Her television venture travel guide shows “Yatra” and “Musafir Hoon Yaaron” on STAR Plus was a huge hit in 2001.
* She established her own production house Deepti Bhatnagar Productions Pvt. Ltd. in 2000, it has facilities like dubbing, editing etc.
* Bhatnagar married Randeep Arya, a director and the couple have two kids Shubh, born on 25th July 2003 and Shiv, born on 8 January 2008.
* She worked for blockbuster hits like Kaalia in 1997 alongside Mithun Chakraborty, Chori Chori Chupke Chupke in 2001 opposite Salman Khan, Preity Zinta and Rani Mukerji.
