#  Poonam Kaur was born on 9th October 1983 in Hyderabad, India. She is also called as Deepa and Nakshatra.

#  Poonam Kaur was born and brought up in Hyderabad. She did her schooling in Hyderabad.

#  She developed interest for fashion designing & took it seriously, she later joined “National Institute of Fashion Technology” in Delhi.

#  After completion of her education she signed up for director Teja’s film, but the project was shelved for unknown reasons.

#  Poonam Kaur made her acting debut with “Mayajalam” in 2006 opposite Srikanth. Actually she signed up for “Oka Vichitram” before working for “Mayajalam” but it was delayed and Mayajalam was released first in box office.

#  After gaining recognition in Tollywood industry she made her debut in tamil and Kannada film also with “Nenjirukkum Varai” & “Bandhu Balaga”.
