# Robert Pattinson’s birth name is Robert Douglas Thomas Pattinson. He was born on 13th May 1986 in London, England to Richard, car trader and Clare, modeling agent. He has two siblings, Lizzy Pattinson & Victoria Pattinson.
# He did his schooling in “Tower House School” and “The Harrodian School”. After his studies he took acting career seriously and started to work for Barnes Theatre Company, his first entry was is “Guys and Dolls” in a small role.
# Before appearing in films he did some modeling work when he was just 12 years old but few years later his career went southwards due to his masculine looks.
# His first acting debut was in TV film “Ring of the Nibelungs” in 2004 but his first theatrical film was “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” in 2005, he established himself strongly only after Harry Potter series there after he never turned back. His Twilight series turned to be blockbuster hits making him one of the highest paid actors in the industry.
# Apart from films he has passion for music and plays guitar & piano. He even writes lyrics and composes music. He was awarded “Hollywood’s Most Influential Top Unexpected Musicians” award in 2010.
# He was named one of the “Sexiest Men Alive” by Glamour, Ask Men, People magazines. TIME magazine listed him in its “100 Most Influential People in The World” in 2010. Forbes listed him in the list of most powerful celebrities “Celebrity 100″ in 2010.
# Pattinson started to date Kristen Stewart in 2008 but they never admitted their relationship publicly until July 2012. But Stewart was found to be in a relationship with director Rupert Sanders and their die hard fans demanded apology from her.
