# During the shooting of the movie “Hum Saath Saath Hain” in 1998, Salman Khan, Saif Ali Khan, Satish Shah, Sonali Bendre, Tabu and Neelam Kothari were accused of poaching two chinkaras in Bhavad Village near Jodhpur.The offernce is punishable under “The Wild Life Protection Act”. However all accused except salman were aquitted.

# It was reported that Saif Ali and his wife Amrita Singh physically assaulted a journalist named Kanan Divech. The journalist took her matter to the High Court of Mumbai. Amrita Singh finally offered an apology for the assault.
