Shahid Kapoor biography facts
# Shahid Kapoor was born on 25th Feb 1981 in Delhi, India. He was born to Pankaj Kapoor, bollywood actor and Neelima Azeem, a classical dancer.
# His parents got divorced when he was just 3 years old. He was brought up by Neelima Azeem and maternal grandparents. His grand father Anwar Azeem is one of the greatest Urdu writers. His father Pankaj Kapoor married actress Supriya Pathak later.
# Before entering film career Shahid did few music videos and ads. His bollywood film debut was with Ishq Vishk in 2003 which did well in box office and he received positive reviews for his performance in the film.
# Shahid has compassion for all animals and he is a vegetarian. His reading of “life and its many facets” has great influence on him and its after reading this books he became a vegetarian.
# Shahid started to date Kareena Kapoor during the filmimg of Fida in 2004 but the couple broke up in 2007 after Jab We Met. Shahid claims that they are still good friends.
# Shahid he dated Priyanka Chopra for few months during filming of Kaminey in 2009 but they never officially announced it.
